Registration steps

    Go to portal.lto.gov.ph and locate Register / Sign Up.

    Enter your details

    Fill in the official registration fields accurately. Match your legal name and details to your IDs.

    Create a strong password

    Follow the portal's password rules. Store it in a password manager if possible.

    Submit and verify

    Complete email or other verification steps shown by the official system.

    Save your Client ID

    After success, record your Client ID securely. You may need it for login later.

    Sign in and explore services

    Log in on the official portal and review available LTO services for your account.

Verification

Most registrations require email verification or additional account checks. Use the link or code from official LTO/LTMS messages only.

Client ID
